By submitting your picture to Ride148 you are releasing all rights for use of this photograph for Ride148 purposes in website coverage. You are agreeing to allow us to publicize your picture on our photo gallery and if chosen as the 1st place winner you are allowing Ride148 and its affiliates to utilize your image on the front page of this site.

NOTE: Ride148 will not publish any  photo's of an explicit nature. We reserve the right to block any and all photos, emails and contact from individuals sending this type of imagery.

Through submission: I hereby freely and voluntarily grant Ride148 the irrevocable right and permission, in respect to the photographs that has been submitted in which I may be included with others, to copyright the same, in its own name or otherwise (and assign my rights throughout the world in such photograph), to use, re-use, publish, and re-publish, and otherwise reproduce, modify and display the same, in whole or part, individually or in
